What I offer is not a rub for that tension but a way to set all of it down. We breathe, we talk straight, I lay hands, and together we picture the day you carry none of it. Most of the capital I reach from a distance, and I come in person whenever a visit brings me through.
Ottawa carries the weight of the country's business, and the people in it often carry it home. It is a short flight or a long drive from the Waterloo Region, close enough for a gathering and a day of sessions.
I work with people in Ottawa remotely, over video, with the same care as a session in the room. For in-person work I fly out to Ottawa. A visit is quoted all-in at $1,430 to $1,650, travel already inside the number, and I gather bookings in the city into a single trip so the day is full.

My own approach, Divine Coordination Healing, brings several strands together in one session: breath to settle, an honest conversation to name the real thing, hands-on reiki, and guided manifestation to coordinate the energy around the issue so it can finally shift.
It meets the body, grief, situations that have gone stuck, and a heaviness no one else has been able to name. It complements medical and mental-health care and never replaces it.
