Work has a way of following Ottawa people through the front door. Clients in the Glebe and out toward Kanata tell me they cannot switch off, not even walking the canal. Reiki is where that switching off finally happens. Your nervous system, even across a screen, comes to understand that the day is genuinely done and the work can be set down.
Ottawa carries the weight of the country's business, and the people in it often carry it home. It is a short flight or a long drive from the Waterloo Region, close enough for a gathering and a day of sessions.
I work with people in Ottawa remotely, over video, with the same care as a session in the room. For in-person work I fly out to Ottawa. A visit is quoted all-in at $1,430 to $1,650, travel already inside the number, and I gather bookings in the city into a single trip so the day is full.

About reiki
Reiki is a Japanese practice of channelled energy healing. You stay clothed and comfortable while I work with my hands on or just above the body, guiding energy to where it is needed. There is nothing you have to do except rest and let the session hold you.
People come to reiki carrying tension the body has held too long, or grief, or a stress that will not lift, or something they cannot name. It does not diagnose or treat illness. It works alongside good care, calming the system so the body can do what it knows how to do.
With me, reiki sits inside a fuller session: a little breathwork to settle, an honest conversation, the hands-on work, and a close that sends you out steadier than you came in.
