Your own practice
One to one, we build the forms slowly and correctly, so the breath and the movement actually settle into you. You leave each session with a short practice you can hold at home.
It is good for the body, for a restless mind, and for anyone who has tried to learn from videos and found nothing stuck.

Remote, or in person
Over video I can see and correct your form, and most people work this way. When you want hands-on adjustment, I can come to you.
