The ninety minutes
We begin with breath and a short meditation to settle, then an honest conversation about what is actually going on. From there I move into hands-on reiki and guided manifestation, coordinating the energy around the issue so that it can move.
It works for the body, for grief, for stuck situations, and for the things you cannot quite name.

In person or remote
In person I work hands-on. Remotely, we hold the same arc over video; energy does not mind the distance.
For a remote session, bring a quiet room and an hour and a half you will not be interrupted.
