The ninety minutes
We begin with breath and a short meditation to settle, then an honest conversation about what is actually going on. From there I move into hands-on reiki and guided manifestation, coordinating the energy around the issue so that it can move.
It works for the body, for grief, for stuck situations, and for the things you cannot quite name.

Remote, in studio, or in your city
Remotely, we hold the same arc over video, and the energy does not mind the distance. In studio in St Jacobs I work hands-on.
When you would rather have the work in your own space, I can come to you on a visit, quoted all-in by distance. For a remote session, bring a quiet room and an hour and a half you will not be interrupted.
