What a clearing is

Some homes carry grief, a hard history, a presence, or simply a heaviness no one can name. I walk the whole space with you, read what is there, and clear it, room by room and threshold by threshold.

By the end the house feels like yours again: lighter, settled, and warded so that what left does not simply return.

What a visit costs

A house clearing is in-person work, so I come to you. The visit is quoted all-in by distance, with travel already inside the number. There is nothing to add on.

Peak-season travel and short-notice bookings within three weeks carry a small travel surcharge, always quoted and agreed before you confirm.

Bringing me further out

If you are beyond a comfortable drive, a visit still works. When more than one household in a city wants a clearing or a session, I gather the bookings into a single trip so the day is full and the travel is shared.
