What it is

Energy healing is work with the living field of the body rather than the surface of it. Where talk reaches the mind and medicine reaches the tissue, energy work reaches the part in between, the charge that a problem carries, and helps it move.

My own approach, Divine Coordination Healing, brings several strands together in one session: breath to settle, an honest conversation to name the real thing, hands-on reiki, and guided manifestation to coordinate the energy around the issue so it can finally shift.

It meets the body, grief, situations that have gone stuck, and a heaviness no one else has been able to name. It complements medical and mental-health care and never replaces it.
