A city shedding its steel skin is harder to live in than it looks, and that is Hamilton now. The mills that built the place go quiet, galleries and cafes now fill the brick they left behind, and plenty are caught between the identity that is ending and one that has not arrived. That in-between is its own kind of stuck. I work all of it rather than one sore spot, easing the field around a person until the change they are inside stops feeling like a fall. Above the escarpment or below it, the ground can hold you again.
Hamilton has been shedding its old steel skin for something gentler, and the shift leaves its own kind of unsettledness. It is a short drive from my home, so in-person work here is simple to arrange.
I work with people in Hamilton remotely, over video, with the same care as a session in the room. Hamilton is within a drive of my home in the Waterloo Region, so in-person sessions and clearings here are simple to arrange, from $1,300 all-in with travel included.

My own approach, Divine Coordination Healing, brings several strands together in one session: breath to settle, an honest conversation to name the real thing, hands-on reiki, and guided manifestation to coordinate the energy around the issue so it can finally shift.
It meets the body, grief, situations that have gone stuck, and a heaviness no one else has been able to name. It complements medical and mental-health care and never replaces it.
