We meet over video, near the Forks or over in Osborne Village, and you do not have to explain any of it. The energy already knows exactly where it has been stored.
Winnipeg sits at the country's centre, a plainspoken prairie city with deep roots and long horizons. I fly out for in-person work when a few here are ready, and meet others remotely in between.

About reiki
Reiki is a Japanese practice of channelled energy healing. You stay clothed and comfortable while I work with my hands on or just above the body, guiding energy to where it is needed. There is nothing you have to do except rest and let the session hold you.
People come to reiki carrying tension the body has held too long, or grief, or a stress that will not lift, or something they cannot name. It does not diagnose or treat illness. It works alongside good care, calming the system so the body can do what it knows how to do.
With me, reiki sits inside a fuller session: a little breathwork to settle, an honest conversation, the hands-on work, and a close that sends you out steadier than you came in.
