Toronto never fully stops, and your body keeps score of that. The subway crush, the sidewalks that move faster than you want, the crowds that press in without meaning to. Somewhere in it the breath goes shallow and stays there. Qi gong gives you a way back down. I work with you privately, teaching slow movement your body can actually hold, over video or in the same room. It is not a class you keep up with. It is a pace you keep for yourself, in a city that keeps its own.
Toronto is the largest city I serve and one of the easiest to reach, a straight drive down the 401 from my home in the Waterloo Region. Between its pace and its crowds it gathers a particular kind of heaviness, and a particular hunger for stillness.
I work with people in Toronto remotely, over video, with the same care as a session in the room. Toronto is within a drive of my home in the Waterloo Region, so in-person sessions and clearings here are simple to arrange, from $1,300 all-in with travel included.

About qi gong
Qi gong is an old practice of gentle movement, breath, and attention that works the body and quiets the mind at the same time. The forms are simple to begin, and they reward slow, correct practice more than effort.
Working one to one, we build the forms slowly and properly, so the breath and the movement actually settle into you instead of washing over you. You leave each session with a short practice you can hold at home, and it grows from there.
It is good for the body, for a restless mind, and for anyone who has tried to learn from videos and found that nothing stuck. Over video I can see and correct your form; in person I can adjust it hands-on.
