One to one, over video or in person when I travel out, I teach slow movement and breath built to your body, learned properly. Patience made this place, and patience is most of what the practice asks.

It is good for the body, for a restless mind, and for anyone who has tried to learn from videos and found that nothing stuck. Over video I can see and correct your form; in person I can adjust it hands-on.
