You would not guess, from the tree-lined calm along the Thames, how much London keeps underneath. A university town, unhurried on the surface, with more going on below than it lets on, and people who tend to carry more than they show. Qi gong meets that private nature well. I teach you one to one, gentle movement and breath in your own time. Some of the real work stays out of sight, as this city prefers, and it goes on steadying you long after the session ends.

London sits an easy hour down the 401 from the Waterloo Region, a quiet university city with more going on beneath the surface than it lets on. In-person visits here are a straightforward drive.

I work with people in London remotely, over video, with the same care as a session in the room. London is within a drive of my home in the Waterloo Region, so in-person sessions and clearings here are simple to arrange, from $1,300 all-in with travel included.

About qi gong

Qi gong is an old practice of gentle movement, breath, and attention that works the body and quiets the mind at the same time. The forms are simple to begin, and they reward slow, correct practice more than effort.

Working one to one, we build the forms slowly and properly, so the breath and the movement actually settle into you instead of washing over you. You leave each session with a short practice you can hold at home, and it grows from there.

It is good for the body, for a restless mind, and for anyone who has tried to learn from videos and found that nothing stuck. Over video I can see and correct your form; in person I can adjust it hands-on.
