One to one, over video or in person when I come east, I teach slow movement shaped to your body, taken in at a pace you can trust. Like the tide, it works patiently, and it never forces the water where it will not go.
Halifax lives with the ocean at its door, a harbour city that has seen its share of grief and knows how to hold it. When a visit east comes together I make the trip; the rest of the time I work with the Maritimes remotely, and the ocean between us is no obstacle.
I work with people in Halifax remotely, over video, with the same care as a session in the room. For in-person work I fly out to Halifax. A visit is quoted all-in at $2,350, travel already inside the number, and I gather bookings in the city into a single trip so the day is full.

Qi gong is an old practice of gentle movement, breath, and attention that works the body and quiets the mind at the same time. The forms are simple to begin, and they reward slow, correct practice more than effort.
Working one to one, we build the forms slowly and properly, so the breath and the movement actually settle into you instead of washing over you. You leave each session with a short practice you can hold at home, and it grows from there.
It is good for the body, for a restless mind, and for anyone who has tried to learn from videos and found that nothing stuck. Over video I can see and correct your form; in person I can adjust it hands-on.
