What it is

Meditation, the way I teach it, is not about forcing the mind blank. It is about learning to sit with what is there, gently and without judgment, until the noise settles on its own and a real stillness opens underneath it.

I teach it plainly and pace it to you, so it becomes something you can actually reach rather than a thing you feel you are failing at. It grounds the healing work and it is the floor the contemplative climb stands on.

Meditation runs through every offering, and it is a core strand of the mentorship and The Whole Path immersion.
