What it is

Breathwork is the deliberate use of the breath to settle the body and steady the mind. It is the simplest of the practices and the one everything else rests on, which is why every session with me begins there.

A few minutes of guided breath can drop the shoulders, slow the heart, and bring you back into the body. From that settled place, meditation goes deeper, movement flows more easily, and the energy work has something calm to work with.

You will find breathwork woven through every offering here, and gathered with the rest in The Whole Path, the two-hour immersion through every practice at once.
